Matchday Guidelines – Cefn Albion FC
We are proud to welcome supporters, visiting teams, and members of the community to our home fixtures at the MUGA (a facility that Cefn Albion hire from the Cefn Community Council). To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and respect of everyone involved, all visitors must adhere to the following matchday guidelines.
By entering the ground, you agree to comply with the conditions below. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the premises.
1. Respect the Venue
- The MUGA is a shared community facility. Please treat it with care and leave the space clean and tidy.
- Do not access restricted areas or tamper with equipment.
- Follow any signage or instructions from club officials, stewards, or matchday volunteers.
2. Behaviour and Conduct
- Abusive, aggressive, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Discriminatory language or actions of any kind (including racism, sexism, or homophobia) are strictly prohibited.
- Respect match officials, players, and fellow spectators at all times.
- Respect Stewards and Volunteers giving up their time to support games
3. Alcohol and Substances
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on site. This includes bringing your own alcohol or attempting to consume it within or around the ground.
- The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly forbidden
- Anyone found breaching these rules will be asked to leave the premises immediately and, where appropriate, the matter will be reported to the police
4. External Vendors
- Only authorised vendors approved by the Council and Cefn Albion FC are permitted to trade on matchdays.
- No unauthorised sale of food, drink, or merchandise is allowed on or around the facility.
5. Parking and Access
- Please park responsibly and avoid obstructing gates, entrances, or emergency access points. Please follow these parking guidelines.
- The club and venue cannot accept responsibility for any damage, theft, or parking penalties incurred.
6. Dogs and Animals
- Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at ALL times.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not pose a risk or disruption to others.
7. Photography and Media
- Visitors may take photos for personal use only. Commercial photography or filming must be authorised in advance by the club.
- Please be respectful when capturing images and avoid photographing minors without permission.
8. Emergency Procedures
- In case of emergency, follow the directions of club officials and stewards.
- The designated first aid point will be clearly signposted or can be located via any matchday volunteer.
- The ambulance enterace to the playing field much be kept clear at all times
9. Compliance
- All visitors must follow the guidance of Cefn Albion officials and volunteers. This guidance is provided by Cefn Community Council in the form of sinage and a signed service level agreement to any hirers of the MUGA
- We reserve the right to ask anyone who fails to comply with these guidelines to leave the facility immediately.

These guidelines are in place to protect our players, supporters, volunteers, and the wider community. We thank you for your support and cooperation in making matchdays enjoyable, safe, and inclusive for all.
