J. Francis Roberts Partner Cefn Albion

We are delighted to announce that local independent, family-run funeral director J Francis Roberts has very kindly agreed to partner with Cefn Albion Football Club through sponsorship.

Based on Crane Street in Cefn Mawr, they are one of the longest established Funeral Directors in the Wrexham community. They have been offering a personal, professional and caring service to the people of Wrexham and surrounding areas, including Chester, Gresford, Cefn Mawr, Acrefair, Rhosymedre, Trevor, Llangollen, Rhos, Ponciau, Pen-y-cae, Johnstown and Rossett, for over 120 years.

It is a very generous contribution towards our football club which will be extremely helpful as we continue to focus on providing a strong foundation for local people to represent the local area. Conversations between our new chairman Stewart Roberts and Guy Roberts went fantastically well with Guy really getting an understanding into the local aspect of the football club and what we are trying to provide to the community and surrounding areas. He now appreciates how we are community-focused and promote opportunity and how we are committed to the development of local people and wherever possible fundraise to help local causes. Having local businesses recognise this and buy into everything we stand for was pleasing.

We have listed J. Francis Roberts on our official website as a key sponsor and they will be sponsoring some of our Ardal Northern matches as well as featuring in our matchday programme. Following the partnership agreement, our Chairman said
